Here are some comments from current Bravo members about why they like Bravo...enjoy!
"It's a good way to sample the arts in Memphis and meet other young professionals."
"I think the events are very good, interesting, entertaining and a great way to meet new/quality people while learning about the arts in Memphis."
"I already have recommended Bravo to my friends because it offers a cheap alternative to getting involved in arts. The program is diverse and after attending Sister Myotis, I had to tell all of my friends how wonderful the program was. It is very welcoming and fun while providing good entertainment that I would otherwise not experience."
"It's something different to do - and an interesting way to see performances we would probably not otherwise see."
"Bravo is a great way to experience many cultural events around the city that you wouldn't normally know about..."
"It is a great way to get out and meet other people your age who are interested in similar things. Also, Bravo meetings seem to a be a time I can get away from everyday stress and enjoy myself."
"I have and will continue to recommend to friends because it's a great social experience and you get a great introduction to a lot of art events and venues in the Memphis community that you might not get to experience otherwise."

Welcome to Bravo Memphis!
If you live in Memphis and don't know about Bravo, you are missing out. That's why we are here though - to put you in the know!
Bravo is THE program for young professionals enjoying and supporting the arts in Memphis. It is a part of ArtsMemphis, a 45-year-old fundraising organization for the arts and arts education in our city.
The Bravo season includes a huge kick off party in August (this year's was at Jay Ektin Gallery on South Main and was THE place to see and be seen this summer), a wide variety of arts events around the city, and special events throughout the year.
Each event includes a performance or exhibit at a local arts organization to expose a new generation to the arts. This is a membership program - you purchase a single or double membership and have access to each event with drinks, food, and great company included.
Not a member? A single admission to each event is $20, but a membership gives you the most bang for your buck.
The second half of the 08-09 Bravo Season will kick off on Thursday, January 15 at UrbanArt Commission on Broad Street. There are still great events left in the season, and half-season memberships are available for GREAT rates! Single memberships are now $50 and Double memberships are just $90...that is about $10 per event!!!
Find out more about Bravo or become a member at www.artsmemphis.org/bravo.
In the meantime, keep checking us out here. We will update from events and let you know what is going on with us and we would love for you to join us!
Cheers ~
